Yes, it will be yet another cold move, but this house was just too good to be true. The previous owners rented it out and recently decided to sell it so they re-modeled EVERYTHING before they put it on the market.
Here are all of the NEW things they did:
-Roof
-(PROPANE) Furnace/Central Air
-Insulated garage doors
-Garage door openers
-Tiled kitchen floor
-Kitchen cabinets
-Kitchen counter-tops
-Dishwasher/Stove/Refrigerator (all stainless)
-Tiled bathroom floor
-Sink/Vanity/Shower/Tub
-Carpet
-Interior paint
-Finished 3-season room
-Landscaping
Basically, they did all of the work for us. Everything we've looked at (online and physically) comparatively in the same price range has not come close to the value of this house. It's only on a 1/2 acre, but it's twice as much ground as the others we've looked at, plus we're not in the position financially to buy a 5+ acre piece of ground (our dream). Plus it has a 2 car garage! It's only a few miles outside of downtown Williamsport, yet the location looks as if we're 15 miles into the country...you can't beat that!
We are so very excited to start this next chapter of our lives in our (more permanent) new home. We hope to continue to share this journey with you all!
